1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of KIWIAIDIGITAL LIMITED (kiwiaidigital.co.nz), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

KiwiAiDigital provides AI receptionist and lead-to-listing automation products (KiwiAI Front Desk and KiwiAgent OS) for New Zealand real-estate agencies. Implementation is included in both plans. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in contracts. For branches, multiple-agent rollouts, and CRM-overlay requirements, implementation is scoped after the demo.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe. We do not require long-term lock-in contracts; services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for our services, the client retains ownership of all final deliverables, workflows, and custom code created specifically for them. KiwiAiDigital retains ownership of our proprietary tools, pre-existing code libraries, and methodologies used to deliver the services.

5. Limitation of Liability

KiwiAiDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
